These terms apply to all contracts between PirCar GmbH and the client for chauffeur and VIP transfer services.
A booking request constitutes an offer. The contract is formed upon our written confirmation.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may incur fees.
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
